TRAIL MAPS – ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FORT KENT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE .

ITS 85: Connects St. Francis and Eagle Lake Trail passing by Carter Brook Club House (SnoBirds) heading north to Heritage trail. From Heritage trail passes east through the town of Fort Kent and then continues east to connect with Frenchville and St. Agatha trails. ITS 92: From Intersection of ITS 85 on the Heritage Trail travels west to connect to St. Francis trails. Trail 73: Starts off ITS 85 (Frenchville Section) approximately 2 miles east of Market St. Intersection and travels south along the east side of the Fish River running parallel to Rt. 161 and Strip Rd., connects to Soldier Pond trails. Trail 73A: Starts on ITS 85 (Carter Brook Section) approximately 4 miles south of Heritage trail intersection (ITS 85/ITS 92). The trail travels east along the Michaud Rd crossing Rt. 11 and continues east to connect with Soldier Pond trails. Trail 73B: Starts on ITS 85 (Frenchville Section) approximately 4 miles east of Market St. Intersection and travels south and then east to Black Lake Rd. Intersection. From this point travels south through Daigle and connects with St. Agatha Trails. Frenchville ITS 85 Reroute (Avoids traveling through open water in early and late season). Starting with Trail 73B Black Lake Rd. Intersection, travel north on Black Lake Rd, then east on North Perley Brook Rd., then north on Gagnon Rd. and then west onto partial section of Basil Lake Rd. and follow signs through field to connect with Frenchville ITS 85 trails. Note: All of the roads traveled in the reroute section are unplowed roads. Trail 98 – Hospital Trail: Starts on ITS 85 (Frenchville Section) approximately 1.5 miles east of Market St. Intersection travels north connecting Northern Maine Medical Center, Park and Ride @ Pelletier Ford, Charette Hill and Park Circle. Trail 85A: Starts on ITS 85 (Carter Brook Section) approximately 2 miles south of Heritage trail intersection (ITS 85/ITS 92). Trail travels east and crosses Route 11 connecting Corriveau Arctic Cat and Track Down Lodge. Trail 17: Downtown Fort Kent trail starts from Village Rd of ITS 85 travels north across West Main St. and continues onto the St. John River Dike and ends in Downtown. ​ Trail 98E: From ITS 85, parallel to Fish River east side, from Fish River bridge travels north to McDonald’s restaurant on East Main St.
