RMSC resourceWoodland Sno-Park is located off Highway 204. Popular with snowmobilers, snowshoers and Nordic skiers, the facility has one vault toilet. As a multi-use facility, the snowmobile trails are maintained in partnership with the local clubs, and the Sno-Park is plowed via an agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation. Sno-Park permits are required in winter sports areas from November through April and can be purchased through the state Department of Motor Vehicles or their vendors. For your safety use Sno-Park areas and do not park along the highway.

From Elgin, Oregon: Travel approximately 16.6 miles northwest of Elgin on Highway 204. The entrance to Woodland Sno-Park will be on your left.
User Permits
RMSC resourceGet Permits Now Sno-Park permits are required in designated Sno-Parks from November 1 – April 30. Permit information: You can move a Sno-Park permit from one vehicle to another. You can use California and Idaho Sno-Park permits in Oregon. You can use Oregon Sno-Park permits in California and Idaho. You may get a fine for parking in a Sno-Park without a permit.
